Almost a quarter in US say they are often too tired for sex
(PR) WASHINGTON, DC – The 2010 Sleep in AmerÂica poll released today by the National Sleep FounÂdaÂtion (NSF) reveals sigÂnifÂiÂcant difÂferÂences in the sleep habits and attiÂtudes of Asians, Blacks/​African-​​Americans, HisÂpanÂics and Whites. It is the first poll to examÂine sleep among these four ethÂnic groups.
The poll shows that all groups report disÂturbingly simÂiÂlar expeÂriÂences missÂing work or famÂily funcÂtions because they were too sleepy (19–24%). Among marÂried peoÂple or couÂples livÂing together, all ethÂnic groups report being too tired for sex freÂquently (21– 26% of the time).
