Tar­geted dis­abil­i­ties are deaf­ness, blind­ness, miss­ing extrem­i­ties, par­tial or com­plete paral­y­sis, con­vul­sive dis­or­der, men­tal retar­da­tion, men­tal ill­ness, severe dis­tor­tion of limbs and/​or spine.
